BASIC RULES

♡ You must be a member to participate/vote.
♡ ONE (1) icon per challenge - unless noted otherwise.
♡ Icons must be new. They cannot be posted anywhere before the contest is over or your icon will be disqualified.
♡ Icons must fall under LJ qualifications. 100x100 or less and 40kb or less.
♡ Any fanart must be credited.
♡ DO NOT STEAL ANY OF THESE ICONS. The competitors put in hard work to make these. Ask first!
♡ Don't cheat and don't ask your friends to vote for you.
♡ No criticizing the icons just because of the couples. ALL couples are welcomed here.
♡ Respect everyone!

SUBMISSION RULES

♡ Contests will be posted Fridays.
♡ You will have until the following Monday night to post your icon.
♡ Use a reliable host (imageshack, photobcket, tinypic etc).
♡ You must use at least three (3) consecutive words on your icons.
♡ Lyrics must be visible.
♡ Any and all animations, brushes, and patterns are welcome as long as it fits in LJ standards (100x100, 40 kb and under)
♡ Icons must be rated PG-13 or less. No nudity, hentai, or porn.
♡ Each week there will be a set of lyrics you can make an icon from.
♡ You can enter up to TWO (2) icons a week.
♡ Icons must be in format:
